You can lose weight if you choose to include fat burning foods in your daily diet. Surely, you can lose that extra 8 lbs in 11 days. So what are these fat burning foods? Fat burning foods contain calorie levels that are low enough that it requires more energy from the body when you eat and digest them. 1. Never eat one type of food in huge quantities, most particularly fruits. There are fruits that contain bad substances for your body, so you should not eat them in excess. You should eat different foods in small amounts.

5. Return to your normal diet gradually when you are near the end of your negative calorie detox diet.
